Support group session

We're excited to announce that our next 8-week online support group session will begin in January 2025. This comprehensive program is designed specifically for those who have lost loved ones to suicide, combining faith-based support with evidence-based trauma healing practices.

About the Program

Our Surviving Together support group offers a unique approach to suicide bereavement healing. The program begins with a short trauma healing retreat, followed by eight weekly online sessions every Thursday at 7:45 PM CT.

Each session is facilitated by trained professionals who combine faith-based practices with evidence-based trauma healing techniques. Our small group format (6-10 participants) ensures personalized attention and meaningful connections.

What Makes This Program Special

  • Small Group Format: We limit groups to 6-10 participants to ensure personalized attention.
  • Peer Support: Connect with others who truly understand your experience.
  • Professional Guidance: Trained facilitators provide both pastoral counseling and evidence-based support.
  • Faith Integration: We recognize that spiritual care is essential for many in their healing journey.
